What to do if you are involved in a traffic accident or your vehicle has broken down

All you have to do is call the assistance call centre and provide the operator basic information needed for provision of assistance services.

The operator will arrange the necessary assistance services or help to resolve the problem with your vehicle whether this concerns a traffic accident or a breakdown. If it is not possible to directly repair the vehicle on the road, the operator will arrange for it to be towed to a service centre, repair of the vehicle, a replacement car, alternative transportation or accommodation.

Assistance cards

Assistance cards protect their holders from complications and unexpected expenditure while on their travels.
Holders of assistance cards can take advantage of assistance services free of charge and repeatedly for the whole period of validity of the card. The scope of services which they are entitled to is far greater than the cost of buying the card.

Držitelé asistenčních karet mohou čerpat asistenční služby zdarma a opakovaně, po celou dobu platnosti karty. Rozsah služeb, na které mají nárok, mnohonásobně převyšuje pořizovací cenu karty.
